Dang I hope this doesn't mean I still need to get squishy before the fat is going to disappear. I have plenty of visible cellulite on my butt and thighs but it's not squishy at all.

You WANT the squish to come...
If that cellulite gets squishy, it means it's getting ready to move on out...think of it as the fat packing it's bags and getting ready to go. Squishy fat = fat on the move. Hard fat = fat moving in. Pray for the squish!

I always likened my squishiness when I lose weight to being like a sausage. At first, I'm an overstuffed sausage so my fat is packed in there pretty tight. Then as I lose it, there's room on the inside, so it moves and squishes around more.

Subcutaneous water weight - big word for such a yucky squish. When your muscles tone, they shrink first; thus leaving room for water and fat to squish around. Once the muscle gets a little bigger, it starts to squish the watery fat away. This is a good thing!! You can take supplements to help with a more gradual whoosh, instead of a huge one. I take atro-phex in the same schedule as the phases - phase 1 take 1 pill per day during the week, and a week off during the cycle - phase 2 take two pills. I never take more than 2 per day, and it really helps.

I tried to explain to my husband how I look like I got fatter when I started working out. He didn't believe me. Now I know that it is normal, I won't let it discourage me.
I need inspiration, I just got on the scale and was at my all time low in a few years. I want to stay on this trend!

I can hardly take the credit since being sick started it and Galya cooking is keeping it going.
