Oh no...not another newbie!!!
Hi everyone! I’ve been lurking around this forum for a couple of weeks and finally decided to jump in and introduce myself. I’m 27, 5’8”, 169 lbs and trying to lose about 25 lbs more. Although I’ve been lifting weights since I was 18 I had never followed a structured program until NROL4W. I started Stage 2 this week and it is kicking my ass but I love it! I love the challenge of a new routine and it's nice to get excited about lifting weights after weeks of ho-hum workouts.
Anyway, you all seem like a nice bunch so I hope to be here for a while. And since I missed the Official NROL4W challenge, I’ve started my own training log to document my progress. Please feel free to drop in and give me some pointers, critiques or just to say hi!
