Wow... I can't possibly do this beast without taking lots of mini breaks every 5 or 6 lunge jumps and squat jumps... I'm incredibly impressed that you can do them all continuously... ya brat ;-)

I managed to get through it all like this because I was fresh. My desire was to show form. Lisa~ did give me some pointers though. And I intend to work on those.

All I can say is WOW Natalia!! I haven't tried it yet, but I can't imagine getting through like that when I'm fresh, nevermind at the end of an Alwyn workout!
