Red face Note to Self

A note to myself...

Do NOT lift weights following one of Alwyn's Cosgrove's plans and then spend 3 hrs painting a bathroom. So NOT a good plan...

HOLY COW, my arms are sore already! I'm a little scared about how I'm going to feel in the morning!

Uh oh... cuz my plan is to go lift this morning, then help a friend with a huge painting project (opening a new business, preparing the space for the grand opening) this afternoon. Am I asking for trouble??????

Will I listen and skip it? Probably not...

hehehe Kimble, it's all nice and pretty--bright white! A VAST improvement over the baby poop brown color that the previous owners painted it!

Bytsi, actually, I don't hurt like I thought I would. I'm sore, but not incapacitated.

You're just high off the fumes. Give it a day or two

Well, ended up hanging drywall more than painting. I learned how to use an electric drill (yeah, it's sad, I'm 40 and never used one before) - but I hung drywall by myself! My hands are quite crampy from drilling all day, but I feel strangely proud of myself for getting comfy with a small power tool

You should not do an AC workout and then stack a wood pile, either. LC and I found that out the hard way. Talk about a core workout!
