I'll be trying NROL4W after this round of NROL and maybe Core Performance, but I'm looking forward to it. I just hope that by lifting like a man, I DON'T end up looking like a goddess.

I'm not excited about the Body Weight Matrix, but I'm just starting Stage 2, so I've got a while. lol
Cool. I bought three copies to give as gifts (they've all been a big hit) and one to keep and loan out (or use for myself eventually). Y'all are supposed to make it sound easy so as to sucker others into the unknown

Doing each wo only four times makes it much faster than Stage 1...so not as far off as you might think!
that's what you are saying now...Just wait, when this stage is over you'll be wanting more of it. Or maybe it's just my twisted mind works that way..........................: confused:

Not yet. I've actually put workouts aside for the time being. House hunting and getting ready to move is all consuming between online searching and viewing and cleaning the apartment and calculating monthly payments in regard to a particular mortgage loan and...and...and...
Yowza, I did that Body Weight Matrix this morning, and it turns out I have improved somewhat.
The first time I did it, by the time I got the lunge jumps I could only kind of lift my heels (in a tremulous sort of way). And today I actually did a kind of pathetic scissors motion.
I mean, they were very sad and pathetic scissors, you know? But who cares? I have IMPROVED.
I completely agree. It is brutal. I did it last night and had my family do it with me. At the end, they were all saying, "I am not doing that again."

I did my first workout of stage 3 today and I have to agree BW matrix suuuucks! But I am looking forward to what it might do for my body. That along with the 3x90sec planks just about did me in.
Yeah, I was excited about it when I was getting ready to start stage 3.
Then I did it for the first time this week and it quickly became my least-favorite workout so far. I love doing the bw squats all fast, and yesterday did them ATG. felt good and was kind of fun. the lunge jumps, however, are a different story.
