No offense given LisaS, I love a good discussion and this was defnetly one
I understand your point of view on how my opinion might be taken as trying to push a woman back to pink DB's. Like I said, I am sometimes bad at making my self understood.
I am not sure if my wife will continue with NR4W past the first stage, she has never been a fan of lifting, and this was my first attempt to get her to consider lifting as a good way of reshaping her body.
I am starting with NROL next week after a few months off due to an elbow issue, and I think that she will join me on that, so we'll see.
