Default Had some time off...where do I start?

I'm sure this has been asked before, so sorry for asking again. I have been out of the gym for about a week and a half due to travel. I was 1/2 way through Stage 2 when I left. Should I just start Stage 2 over? Or just start off where I left off?

Do you think I can start at the weights I ended with? My last day of lifting was March 14. I think I had 4 workouts left in Stage 2. Thanks guys! Looking forward to getting back...haven't had this much time off since July, but I'm definitely energized now!

Since Stage 2 is so short, I would just start over....that's just me.

I took a week off in the middle of stage 2 and started where I left off. And, to my surprise, I upped my weights in almost everything. The short break was exactly what I needed to re-energize. If you're worried about not getting right back into the swing of things, I'd suggest adding an extra set of stage 2 workouts. I don't think I'd start the stage over again (but that could be because I'm also anxious to get to stage 3).

There are no "do-overs" in life ... pick back up where you left off, and if you need to lower your weights for the first workouts back, then so be it ...

I was in the exact situation, and I started back today where I left off. I was able to keep my weight the same. It wasn't easy and I will be sore, but I really didn't want to start over.

I was in the same situation. Took about a week off to travel. Luckily there was a gym on the cruise ship and I was able to get in two decent workouts (had to modify a few moves). I'm adding a extra week to stage 2 to make up for it.
