I completed stage 1 two weeks ago and then March 10-14 was my rest week and so I only did cardio. Last week I was to begin stage 2. On Monday of this past week I did Stage 2 Workout A (went well, BTW) and then on Tuesday I came down with a VERY NASTY lower respiratory infection that kept me bedridden until today

(Saturday).
My body is terribly worn out from fighting the infection, but I am getting better. I'm eager to get back into the groove of exercising next week, but I also don't want to do too much too soon. I don't think it would be wise to jump right back in and do what I did last Monday on this Monday. But I also don't want to go too long without doing anything either.
What do you guys think I should do?
