Talking Stage 3 Wkt A - What weight?

Hey gals - I'm a newbie! Started Stage 3 this morning and I'm wondering what weight you all use for the One-armed dumbbell snatch and the Dumbbell single-leg Romanian deadlift (this one said to use a light weight, but I didn't feel like I was working hard enough with 20s). I get confused with what weight I should be using for these non-traditional exercises!

Thanks!

I had a hard time balancing on the single leg RDL when trying to get that back leg parallel to the floor, so I started light with around 15 lbs total. I am now up to 20's, but I doubt I'll go much higher than that right now, mostly because of balance.

I am doing DB snatches at 22.5 lbs and I started at 15 lbs.

I started with 10 because I had no idea what to expect - I will probably go up to 15 on both of them next week.

Btw that workout totally kicked my @ss!!!! That body weight matrix is EVIL!!!

DB snatches are the most fun exercise! I did my first set with 20lb and my third set with 30lb. I also had balance issues with the RDLs so I started those at 30lb.

But everyone's strength is different and you'll need to play around with different weights to see what works. Don't be afraid to start out with a weight and decide that it's too heavy or too light and to put it back and grab something else.
