Default Another lurker saying HI!

I've been lurking for a week or so, and thought I'd come out of hiding to say HI. I started NROL4W last week, and WOW! THIS is what I've needed for a while. I've done BFL off and on for about two years, but the whole program was getting a bit stale. I love lifting, but haven't really been pushing myself. So this program is AWESOME! Even after a week and a half, I feel stronger and tighter. I HATE squats and lunges, but I love what they do for my legs! I'm wearing a pair of pants today that only two weeks ago were tight in the thighs!

I also feel SO much better eating more. This morning I even contemplated throwing my scale out all together! I went to step on it, decided against it, looked in the mirror, slid on my (formerly too tight) pants, and thought "to heck with the scale...I look and feel better...I don't CARE what I weigh!!" And THAT is a huge step in the right direction!

The people on this forum seem really friendly and helpful. Can't wait to get to know you all!

Welcome fellow hater of squats & lunges. I couldn't agree with you more, but they are darn effective aren't they.

This program has made me realize how little training I did with my lower body. Anything to do the upper body is so much easier for me, which proves I need to even things out.

Good luck with your goals
