quick question

how much does the 5' olympic bar weigh? used it for my barbell bentover row today since that's what they have in the dumbbell room.

Well, some are 35 lbs, but the one at my gym is 25 lbs. You should take it to the scale and weigh yourself and then weigh yourself holding it.
