I've been kinda blah lately in the weightroom. I've been doing HIIT pretty much 2x a week, and following a kind of ad hoc-ish three day lift cycle with a deadlift heavy day, a squat/press day, and a kind of push/pull/whatever day. I've just felt very unable to be structured, and the only thing I feel motivated about is deadlift strength lifting.
Since _CQ is so excited about stage three (she has just made awesome gains since she started, and is a fantastic workout partner), I agreed to join her and follow the same protocol she is.
So I'm back on the wagon, and in two workouts, I'll be doing stage 3 of NROL4W. Hopefully I can keep up with you ladies
