Default Callouses? Kill two birds....

OK girls....Spring is coming and that means our feet will be coming out of hiding! (except for those of you in the warmer climates!) If any of you are like me, those rough feet need some attention! The BEST cream for dry, rough, or cracked feet is Flexitol. You can get it at the drugstore. It's so good.

So, I've started my foot rejuvenation each night with my Flexitol and got a bonus.....it has worked wonders on my callouses on my hands, too!

Give it try...just rub the extra cream into your hands and your callouses won't be a problem any longer.

Also, a good pumice stone helps. Grind the lumps down then use the cream.

What's wrong with calluses anyway? (Other than causing distraction by getting ripped off on a bar while lifting.) They're my protection. My rough little guardian angels, baby.

(Really, aren't they protective of spots that get a lot of use/abuse? They have to serve some purpose, right?)

Good tip about the feet ... I've been using a pumice stone, but they are still all cracked and nasty. I use the pumice on my hand callouses too ... just to smoooth them down a bit ...
