Default Workout Comparison

I have been doing NROLW for the Womens challenge, and I am now doing Stage 3. BUT I am thinking I may switch workout plans - I am thinking of going to Fat Loss I from NROL.

I started the Original NROL last year and was "weak" only lifting one day a week. I had dramatic results even with one day, then I got busy and unable to fit workouts in.

Anyways, now I am working out 5 days a week - 3 lifting days I think if I could have applied myself that much before I would be that much closer to my goal. I just thought I'd throw that out there see what I get??

I guess my first question would be: are you having success with NROL4W? I had the same question but in reverse when NROL4W came out and I was already doing NROL. Lou Schuler actually responded to my post and basically said 'why fix something that isn't broken?'. So, I decided to stick it out and finally finish a plan from beginning to end. I will start NROL4W once I finish up my original plan. Why not do the reverse...finish NROL4W then do NROL? You will already have a great foundation to build upon.
