Default Downloadable verstions of the workout routines?

Does anyone know where I can find downloadable versions of the workout routines and the workout log? I could write everything but it's kinda a pain and I wanna make sure I don't miss anything. Thanks!

look for the user name Aoife here and send her a PM - she's done all the work and is willing to share once she verifies you really have the book (don't want to cheat the authors after all) - personally I think I got more of an understanding by writing them out myself but I understand how some people would like to find it already done for them.

I just spent a evening after a workout with Excel and set it up using the book as a guide. Once finished with a certain amount of workouts, I fill in the numbers to see how my progression is going. I'll share if you like.
