Default I'm new and excited!

Hi, I bought the book a couple of months ago. I'm 25, height 5'4", weight 120. I don't really need to lose weight but definitely could use some muscle. Also, I worry about getting osteoporosis when I'm older, and am in nursing school, so need to be strong dealing with larger patients. I just bought a squat rack and lat attachment which I can't wait to get! My mom and I are going to do the program together.
