I think I'm finally working hard enough
Cause while last week I did my HIIT after I lifted, yesterday after I lifted my legs were JELLO and the thought of doing HIIT made me want to hurl.
So I'm switching to off days. But I finally get it when people ask how it's possible to even do HIIT on the same day. I barely made it downstairs let alone sprint like a madwoman.
