Default I think I'm finally working hard enough

Cause while last week I did my HIIT after I lifted, yesterday after I lifted my legs were JELLO and the thought of doing HIIT made me want to hurl.

So I'm switching to off days. But I finally get it when people ask how it's possible to even do HIIT on the same day. I barely made it downstairs let alone sprint like a madwoman.

I made it half way up the stairs to the cardio room today then turned around and went back down. There was NOWAY that I could do any type of cardio let alone HIIT. Tomorrow with be my cardio day!

I am glad its not just me that finds the intervals hard after lifting. I have always done my cardio/weights on separate days. This program has definitely increased the intensity of my lifting and I feel physically and mentally spent (but in a good way) after lifting and the idea of HIIT after is just really unappealing. And I know myself, if I am not enjoying the workout I will be more apt not to keep up with it.
