Default Symmetry in leg muscles

I measured both thighs last night and the right one is 19 while the left one is 18. I tore my acl in high school and lost a lot of muscle during that time, but it was almost 10 years ago.

What can I do to get them even?

I'm lopsided, too, in just about everything. I think it's normal to be non-symmetrical. Probably has to do with leg dominance and with injuries (e.g., still favoring something because it used to be hurt) or with just plain ole genetics.

Just keep working them evenly. On the single-leg exercises, do your non-dominant leg first so you make sure you're getting as much work out of it as possible. In exercises with both legs, make sure you're pushing evenly and not letting one do most of the work.

And I don't think anyone else is going to come along and measure your legs. So no worries about them. :P

Strength is more important than looks (can't really tell a 1 inch difference anyway). But imbalance in strength, flexibility, etc. may lead to further complications down the road. I'd first compare the strength levels in both legs.
