I'm supposed to be in Stage 2 (about done,) but a bum knee has me totally modifying the workout. I've looked ahead to Stage 3 and the exercises seem less "single" legged and maybe more appropriate for me right now. I'm going to experiment a bit today with lunges again (no weight) and see what I can do.
I'm thinking of just starting Stage 3 next Monday.
I'm doing Stage2 B2 tonight and then will be out for a week; I have a friend coming to town for the "big snowboarding trip." I'll do A3 once he's gone.
Another in stage three, here. I just did workout B for the first time today.
Ditto the previous poster who mentioned the workout lengths this stage: they take considerably longer! After over an hour Monday, I had to quit mid bodyweight matrix to hop in the shower; I was totally unprepared for how much time it would take. Now I'm getting up at 5:30--brutal for a non-morning-person the week after the time change!
two more workouts on stage 1. Then I travel and when I get back, I'll start stage 2.

Lara, I hear you on the one-point rows. I knew I wasn't the most graceful person in the world, but it was all I could do not to fall over with each one! Pathetic!

That's definitely Stage 2, B. I just finished that B3 myself. I keep wishing I didn't have to do this one ever again...except that that means Stage 3 is coming and that's 1000 times worse.
