Don't look at stage 4 then! It repeats stage 2 with more sets and lower reps...

I'm in my rest week now. I'll start Stage 3 on Monday. I think too many people don't take recovery seriously. If you want to be in this for the long haul, want progress to continue, and don't want to become injured, rests or deloads are essential. I still did intervals Tue and today. I'll do mobility work tomorrow and over the weekend. The body needs time to adapt to heavy lifting.

I am in stage 3, having completed one workout of A and B. I enjoyed the exercises, but with the rest time, it took a long time to complete. I typically have to do the intervals on a separate day. I will be doing two more workouts between now and Monday and then I am on a vacation for 5 days. I will be doing lots of walking at the zoo and Sea World, so it will be a nice recovery period. My plan is to continue when I get back and finish stage 3 in two weeks. Hopefully with my vacation and Easter, I won't gain too much weight. I am finally seeing a downward trend (slight) on the scale. I am impressed that I have stuck with a rotation for so long. It is a great program. Keep up the great work ladies!

I'm in Stage 3, getting ready to do my first B workout tomorrow.
I took a break between Stages 1 and 2 but none between 2 and 3. With the way life happens around here, I figured I'd break something and get a forced break soon anyway. If not, I'll probably be taking a break between Stages 3 and 4.

I have to do one more AMRAP and then I take a rest week before moving to Stage 2. My body is getting tired from 3 NROLW workouts a week and one climbing session so some recovery time is very welcome!
