Smile Just started Stage 2-confused about Interval Training

Hi, I just did workout "A" from stage 2 last night, and was planning on doing "B" tomorrow night, but not sure when I'm supposed to do interval training? Only after "B"? For stage 1 my week looked like this:

S-Rest
M-Workout A
T- Cardio
W-Workout B
Th-Cardio
F-Rest
Sa-Workout A

On stage 2 am I supposed to still do cardio a couple of times a week plus the intervals after workout B? Please advise!! Thanks!!!

Stage 2 calls for intervals after workout B. That's it.

If you choose to do extra HIIT, that's your call. Take a look at the "extra stuff to do" chapter.

There is nothing the the NROL4W plan that requires any cardio on non-weight training days. If you are doing that, you are adding it in on your own. So to say whether you are "supposed to" do cardio a couple times a week would be hard to answer since Alwyn doesn't explicitly prescribe anything except rest on the off days.

Hmmm, I missed that part...is that the same for stages 3-6 as well? For some reason I thought it was after Every workout and thought that was a lot!
