Good job Natalia! Roland's comments were right on. You are catching a little high and stiff, but that's often a result of the weight being too light. Remember too that you don't have to squat down to hips below the knees like a regular back squat. You just need to get low enough to produce power. Look at the other videos that are posted and compare yours and you'll see what I mean. You look good already though!

In response to those concerned about their shoulders:

I do not think that one-arm DB snatches are tough on the shoulders at all. I think they make tight shoulders better because you're pulling into external rotation. If you're dealing with some kind of shoulder instability, then maybe(?) there's an issue? I still doubt it. These feel good to my shoulders.

If your DB is flying all over the place and you're worried you're going to lose it, it's probably too light. Try a heavier one. The only thing that could happen if it's too heavy is that it won't go up! The power to get that DB up there must come out of the hips.
