Thank you for the feedback. and yes, I know that it is hard for a woman like me (and a lot of women) to listen to the suggestion to do less cardio, lift more and eat more. I have thought a lot about it and decided to just jump in a try it and see what happens. If I'm not totally happy now theres no way I will be sticking to this same routine for the rest of my life. So i decided to do the program on MWF and do my cardio and/or possibly yoga(which I've always been curious about) on T Th. So wish me luck and I'm hoping to see a positive change in my life schedules, my body and my body image.

I love yoga, especially a day or two after one of these workouts. I usually lift on Tues, Thurs, Sun, and almost always take a yoga class Saturday mornings. It really helps to stretch everything out. And, your heart rate does go up. So, I count it as cardio.
