Default How to move forward

So my week off turned into almost a month, with my crazy schedual and lack of child care.

My School is over and I am back to the gym tomorrow.

I managed to finish stage 1 except the special workouts.

My question is this: SHould I just pick up where I left off? or do I need to redo part of stage 1? I am just worried that I may have lost some of the strenthg that I built in stage 1.

I am sitting here with my protien shake trying to get my self back into this!!!

Back when I was doing NROL (the original for men), I had an almost month off when my mom had her stroke. I decided to ease back in with a couple days of 1 set of each exercise from my old program to get used to DOMS again. Then, I re-did some of my last program before I transitioned into the next. That's just what worked for me. I am sure others have handled a month off differently. Do what feels right for you.

I agree, whenever I take that much time off, I ease back into it. I would start with the Stage 1 workouts and sort of get an idea of where you are.
