Looks like something you would use during (or after) an endurance workout to but not weights.

Rachael, if you add TP powder to up the protein and it makes a palatable shake for you, GO FOR IT! We all have our preferences. After increasing the protein, the Luna may work great.

I bought EAS vanilla from Costco and I mix 1 tsp organic cocoa powder for each scoop with water for a PWO shake. I don't think it's bad. However, I look at it as medicine - just take it because it's good for you. I don't have access to ice or a blender or milk because I go straight from the gym to the office, so I just mix with water and chug. I don't think I'd like the vanilla straight... I did try mixing it with oatmeal once and GAK like someone else said.

I'm totally into natural things, so I'm trying to decide what route I will take once my EAS is gone. It was a quick, inexpensive choice to get my workouts started asap. I'll check TP out.

I have used Designer Whey before. The strawberry was horrible, but I didn't mind the vanilla mixed in milk. I tried once putting a scoop in my oatmeal and blech! It was the worst and I had to force myself to eat it. I do like that the Designer Whey is stirrable. I have also used Jay Robb's in chocolate. It is very good mixed with 4 oz. of skim. I had to use the blender with this pp though. Another that I have used is Carb Solutions. It was a bit chalky and you had to have a blender to mix it up.

Has anyone tried these Designer Whey 2go things? They are supposed to be more juicy like and thinner and has 10g of protein. They make them for water bottles, like the crystal light packets. I got some coupons from their website, I'm going to try some to grab some from GNC. I hope it's better than some of their other flavors. It would be a great way to sneak in some extra protein.
