Anyone Starting on Monday 3rd March?
Hello everyone,
I got the book last week, have read it cover to cover and am planning on starting tomorrow.
I am 44 and have just finished about 5 months of body for life. Great results, but I am keen to try something a bit different now - AND I still have about 20lbs to lose.
Feeling excited!

I am also starting tomorrow. Very excited and a little nervous to do squats since I've never tried one before.

I'm starting tomorrow! I haven't read the book cover to cover yet, I'm a horrible reader lol I only skim. But I'm going to read it today! I'm so nervous about those prone jackknives. I've been trying them at home, and I just can't get my butt in the air. Trying though! I'm so worried I'll look like a complete idiot at the gym lol.

Welcome, everyone!
I'm very new to this site and the workouts (approximately 2 weeks) and I am just loving it here. I don't think it matters if you are starting today, tomorrow, or next week. Just bite the bullet with the workouts and then come here to read until you can't read any more..... You won't believe how much information is waiting for you or how much help you'll receive with questions you have.
Good luck and I'll be excited to read about your journeys!

good luck to all of you! i'm starting stage two, week two this week and i am loving the program. there is tons of info here - tips on form for specific exercises, including links to videos; nutrition info with recommendations for tracking software and websites; and specifics on the nrol4w program. but the best thing is all the great people and the motivation they offer! karen

Today's my first day. I still haven't completely read the book cover to cover, but have been browsing this forum for about a week now. I have a good idea of where to start even without reading the whole book. I will start the lifting tomorrow.

Hi everyone! I'm starting on Tuesday of this week as well!
Wow! There are a lot of people starting right now! I think thats pretty awesome! I'm more or less new to lifting as well, aside from the girls lifting club i was in during junior high lol. I don't really think that counts for a lot, being 10 or so years ago.
Good luck to everyone!!

I am also starting today. I am a bit nervous because I don't normally frequent the free weight area of my gym, but here goes nothing! I plan on starting a log tomorrow and posting how everything went. Cross your fingers!

Hey ladies!
Just started stage one today. Modified a bit starting with 3 sets of 10 reps at a heavy weight as doing 15 reps would take the weight down a bit too much for my liking.
I must say that it was an intense experience and it certainly shocked me (seeing that there were only five excercises made me doubt a bit until I finished up). My fave part would have been the step ups! Where have they been all my workout life. My legs felt like a combination of jello and rubber bands upon completion, but I get the feeling with these workouts they'll be rock hard in time. Love Alwyn's philosophy and am curious to see the results that come. I'm getting the fiance to take some pictures tomorrow and will take some again at the end of the month to compare/contrast. I am also putting my scale away and will not weigh or check my BF until the end of the month as well (this takes will power for me!).
It looks like this online forum is just like an amazing sports bra; it provides wicked awesome support
