Weight = 178.0 (+0.4 from last month)
BF% = no change
Upper Chest = 35" (-1/2)
Right Upper Arm = 13 1/4" (-1/4)
Ribcage = 31" (-)
Waist = 32 1/2" (-1/4)
Navel = 34 1/2" (-3/4)
Hips = 44 1/4" (+1/4)
Right Upper Thigh = 25 1/2" (-1/4)
(-1 3/4" total)
And just for comparison, here is me after Hayley weaned and I embarked upon BFL ... same weight, but more muscle now!

I think you are off on the bf% 'cause I can see changes from start to now in body com and your measurements are showing changes too. You look much tigher today. This is so good that we are doing this challenge so that you document and can look back and see.
Also HUGE changes from 2005. It is mind boggling to me that you can be the same weight in both those pics. Congrats on the progress!

Okay since I am at work, I did a little photoshopping and took the first month pictures out so the changes are more clear.
Julie
I think your BF measurement is off. Your back is clearly different and your abdomen is much tighter.

I just meant no change in BF% from last month when it had dropped a bit ... my caliper readings this morning were the same as on February 4th ... no biggie ... considering my lack of consistency over the past month, I'm not worried!!

Dilly...you too! Huge difference in the mid-section.
Leah, I can't see your pics close enough, but your back looks pretty ripped.

Nice job, ladies. I am very impressed with everyone's progress. I think from month to month it can be frustrating because the changes may be not be as much as we want, but when you look at the beginning to this months photos, the progress is remarkable. I am excited to see everyone's January and June pictures. Nice job!
Now, I need to go take my pictures and measurements. Unfortunately, I have been gaining 1/2 pound each day for the last 4 days despite eating well. Oh, well; I am trying not to focus on the scale.

How do you ladies measure your inches lost and body fat? Are you using the scale that calculates it for you or the skin pinching tool? Everyone looks great!
