I think we didn't measure at the same spot but we couldn't remember. I'm going to note in my log (right now) where we measured! Thanks for the reminder to do that!

Okay, this is all I can post as the other pictures are giant (almost life-sized !) and I can't get them to match the size of the previous back and side pics.

Anyway, Annette, I hear you and totally understand. I am frustrated and kind of discouraged after looking at the new pics. I don't understand how the numbers can be dropping and yet the pictures look exactly the same .

Karen:

You could be losing off your back first. When I went in to get fitted for my last bra, my bra lady of all people said that women tend to lose off their back first. Did you take back and side shots??? That may be telling part of the story that you are missing.

Actually I had a bit of trouble with yours too at first (and mine). Some of these are very noticeable in comparison to ours. Yours is pretty easy for me now after careful study. Look at your back shot for example. I see the muscle definition coming in really nicely in your upper shoulders and I also see biceps forming that were not there before. What I see when I look at your pics is someone who is really lifting nicely. Your fat loss is not as obvious to me as your muscle gain. That is also the case with my own photos. I think fat loss is easier to see in general. Diane has some real good example of fat loss.

BTW: I can also see some fat loss in yours and mine as well. For you (looking at the back shot again) this is most noticeable in how far your little tummy roll sticks out past your pants. For me I can se the distance between were my ab muscles are defined and my gut is smaller. (also on back picture) For yours I also see less saggy around your butt in this month's pic. I would be pretty happy with this especially if your goal is to gain strength.

Wow, everyone looks awazing! I have been working on it for like 6 weeks and discouraged that I wasn't seeing as much progress as I would like. Now I see I need to be a little more patient!

Karen, I see a difference in your pics for sure. Bicep bump, side ab lines and quads look better...shoulders overall, traps a little and pecs some too. As cringe-inducing as it is, I see why it's good to post pics cause we don't see our own changes.

Hey Girls, everyone looks great, nice work! I guess I am out, I am on business and can't get pics up for at least a few days. I just started my cutting anyway so I have no changes to report anyways. Good Luck going forward. Summer is just around the corner!

Wow ladies, great job. I am not a challenge member, I am heading into the home stretch of phase I. It is good to see all the great changes as I anticipate what lies ahead for me. Keep up the great work!

WOWWW!! You ladies are lookin' hot!! Great progress going over here, way to go!

OK, here are my pics. My workouts have been going great, but I had a particularly crappy few weeks of eating, and it shows in my pics! Uggh! On a positive note, I sat down yesterday and planned my eating very hard and started over this morning. So hopefully next month will show HUGE changes!!

I weigh and measure on Tuesdays, so I'll come back and add that in tomorrow morning.

Thanks, Susan. If I look closely, I can see what you're saying. I need to change my attitude, suck it up and keep on working for more changes. After all, that was only about 2 weeks of serious nutrition adjustments and tracking. I guess I'll have to "get a grip" as one of my closest friends would say .

Paula, I wish that was the case, but I think it's just teensy-tiny changes in many places. I looked at the back pics and finally got them posted to my Training Log in a reasonable size after emailing them to myself and going with that size --that's technology for me . They look close to the same, too. I PMed you and thank you for your help.

Everyone is doing so good. It's great to see!

My progress is slow but sure. I'm still in a building phase. My biggest change came in weight gain. I gained a pound in the last three weeks compared to .5 in the previous 5 weeks. I attribute it to a week off from being sick and upping my calories. Hopefully it's not all fat , maybe a little muscle in there too..somewhere..I hope...

Current Stats
Weight 113.5 +1.5lbs
Waist 27" - 1/2"
Belly 30" - 1/4"
Hips 35 1/2" - 1/4"
Thigh L 20 1/2" +1/8"
Thigh R 20 1/2" +1/8"
Bicep L relaxed 10" +1/8"

January - Front

March - Front

January - Side

March - side

January - back

March - back

All of your photos and stats are looking GREAT! Wow!

I am in my office and probably shouldn't strip down to my skivvies before class, so I'll post pictures when I get home tonight. But here are my measurements from this morning:

Measurements: Jan/Feb/Mar
Height: 5'5"
Weight: 154/?/160
Chest: 36/37/37.5
Under chest: na/29/28
Above chest: na/32/33
Ribcage: 31/29.5/29
High/natural waist: 29/29.5/28.5
Low waist (just below belly button): 32/33/32
Hips: 36/36/35
Butt: 40/39.5/39
Thighs: 24/23/22.5
Calves: 14.5/16/14
Bicep: 11.5/12/12

I can definitely see changes in my body. The muscle tone in my thighs is a lot higher; they're very firm everywhere except one small pad of fat on each inner thigh. My calves have gone back down after going up 1.5 inches between January-February, but they're looking much more defined, so I think much of the loss was fat. My arms are also looking a lot more defined. Yay! My "stubborn" area is my stomach, but it looks much different than it did to begin. All the flab is in my stomach around my belly-button now instead of between my ribcage and belly-button.
