Okay I told about my knees.
I have been researching exercises for subs until my knees heal up which should be soon.
I selected Goodmornings for the squats since they will support the squats and strength that ability and Leg presses. They don't seem to bother me.
I used to do goodmornings years ago. I loved them and they worked my glutes very well back then

I was looking ahead to the next stage 2. I don't know what I will do then, hopefully everything will be fine
