Default Stage 2 Flexion Exercise

In most everyone's logs, it looks like the Hanna's (1, 2, or 3) are the choice for the Flexion. Is there any reason why nobody (but me, it appears!) is choosing the Side Crunch on Swiss Ball (4th option).

Hi Jane,

I didn't chose that one because I've done it before in a circuit class and knew that I could do it well.

I wanted to see if I thought the Hanna Flexion exercises were easy. I tried the Hanna 3 and failed miserably at keeping form for every rep -- so for me it was harder. I'm going to do Flexion 1, Flexion 2, then 2 workouts with Flexion 3 intending to get better with form as I go.

I assumed it was a progression and chose to start with the easiest.
