I didn't chose that one because I've done it before in a circuit class and knew that I could do it well.
I wanted to see if I thought the Hanna Flexion exercises were easy. I tried the Hanna 3 and failed miserably at keeping form for every rep -- so for me it was harder. I'm going to do Flexion 1, Flexion 2, then 2 workouts with Flexion 3 intending to get better with form as I go.
