Default A generic weightlifting log - put all four workouts on one page!

I put together this workout training log that allows me to put all four workouts from one stage/workout series on one page. And I made the logging sections BIG so I could write in my weights/reps without squinting!

I also designed it so I could instantly see the weight progression at the top of each line - so I could easily select my weights for the next workout. Works like a charm!

It's a generic workout log in Microsoft Word format so you can use it for any workout training system, you'll have to customize it with the names of the exercises & number of sets & reps. It's zipped so you'll need WinZip to unzip the file.

Hope others find this useful.

Just making sure you realize that Stage 1 has each workout is done EIGHT time, and not four. Stage 2 each workout is done 4 times, though.

Thanks for the reminder, Miss Jane. Yup, I remember that Stage 1 has 8 workouts for workouts A and B.

Right now I'm in the middle of stage 2 and I specifically created the worksheets for this rotation. But I can't post worksheets specific to the NROL4W because of copyright constraints.

I was just posting a generic worksheets so folks could customize them to any stage or workout in the NROL4W series. I really like being able to see the weights & reps I've completed for 4 workouts on one sheet.

Hope it's useful!

Thanks,
DawnP

I agree! I have to have all of the workouts one one sheet too..so I can see what I did the previous workouts. It was a challenge getting all 8 on one sheet!! I did mine a bit differently, but same premise. Stage 2 is hard, isn't it!
