I am not able to get to the gym much this week so I am going to have to do my two special workouts at home. I need some help figuring out some substitutions.

Squats- I will have to do with 8lbs dumbells rather that the oly bar that i started with

lat pulldown

seated row

those two I am not sure what to do for those.

I can't remember if Lou gave substitutions in the book for those. Did you check?

I searched through some old threads and this is what I could find.

Quote:
On page 201 Lou says that a pullover is an alternative exercise for the lat pulldown, just not a "perfect substitute".
From this thread: alternative for wide grip lat pulldown??

I thought there was one about the seated rows, but I can't find it!
