Biggest changes in my body ... stronger for one! I have always struggled with pushups (long history of scapular instability and glenohumeral multi-directional instability with frequent dislocations) and I am finally able to do multiple sets of 10 "man pushups". Squat numbers and deadlift numbers have come up a lot. My form is good and although I still get a little apprehensive pushing the big weight with no spotter, I am doing it. My pants are all fitting a bit looser through the waist, hips/butt, and thighs. Arms/shoulders are more defined.
I have bought and rejected so many pairs of jeans in the past few years. I just can't seem to find any that fit my body shape. I too will be among those out buying jeans when I get closer to my goal, or when my current pants start looking ridiculously baggy!! I pretty much only wear hiking, Docker, or track pants these days. I have two pairs of jeans that are wearable, one is sort of Momish so I only wear those in an emergency!!

NNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! !!!! Not the dreaded MOM Jeans.....
Dang, that's what I have on right now. They were in style years ago, weren't they? And to think I was happy they fit. Hey, they say Calvin Klein on the butt....guess I'm not too stylish.

OMG that's hysterical!!! I actually found yesterday that I have SEVERAL pair of them in my closet (too small) - why I kept them, I'll never know, but I think I'll hang onto 'em just for S&G's!!!

Hi all
Wanted to chime in also, although not an official challenger.
No huge changes in my body as well, biggest might be a 1 inch reduction of my waist, but I bloat easily as well, and am never sure if I've lost an inch or just lost some water...time will tell.
My shoulders, arms, and back look great after a workout (the pump) but measurements don't show any changes.
I've been side tracked on my workouts by pain in my sciatic nerve, and an overload of work. I figure I might use this time as my rest week. (I have only 1 w/o left to do in stage 1 + the two special w/o's) instead of my planned week's rest at the end of stage 1.
We have a big International Hockey Tournament going on in Quebec City this week, and I have two boys from Switzerland stayng at our home during the tournament. What did they bring as gifts???? Tons of Swiss Chocolate...talk about temptation!!!!

I really haven't seen any changes in the last month, but I feel stronger in general. Since my #1 goal is cute clothes, jeans are on top of my list. I bought a pair of Jo Jeans from a friend since she decided after 1 wear she didn't like them and I can almost wear them! Not quite yet though. I still need to work on the "muffin top" and it's not budging. I can put them on and button them, but unless I wore some really baggy top, the roll hangs over...so they are sitting there waiting patiently for me.
And ladies...for those of you hanging on to those old jeans...PLEASE make sure they don't have pleats!!! If they do...throw them out RIGHT NOW!!! Those are NEVER in style. Say NO to Mom Jeans!!!
PS - I won't be back from traveling for work until March 5...is it ok to post results during the week and not on March 3 exactly??? Thanks!

I'm traveling Feb 25-March 5. I'd hate to post before Feb 25 considering my last photos had almost zero change and I also had zero change on both weight and inches over my entire body!

I'm pretty much in the same size-a startling size 4 (in good brand names) and 6's in the others. Don't expect, nor want to go down any further and never thought I'd see the day when I was buying single-digit sizes! Just a year and a half ago, I was wearing size 20's.
My goal is to be able to sit down and be completely comfortable with how my abs. would look if I were wearing a mid-section showing top. I also can't wait for the day that I don't have anything squishy up around the armpit/boob-corner area.

I have noticed that my hamstrings are really rock hard. And one morning about a week or so ago, I noticed my trapezius muscles were popping up. I thought I had a tight, knotted muscle, but it was on both sides of my neck. Then I tried flexing and voila....muscles! I don't remember them being there before, not like that! Jeans....I do have some smaller sizes, but I'm not going to think about that, yet. I have yet to really lose a significant amount of "weight" or inches.

noticing: leg muscles - not seen but felt when flexed (e.g. straighten leg while sitting) - that's about it - scale & measures not moving a whole lot
clothes fit: nada so far. I've got 3 pr (dfferent styles/sizes) to track me down to the "plateau" where I was hanging out for this loss process (before I piled back on 25+ last year)- none of those are budging in the better fit department (and I try every Friday as it is "OK for jeans" day on Fridays)

I know the biggest changes on my body is the definition in my legs- I feel for the first time that I am getting strong! I also over heard a guy in the gym say to himself "nice back" when I was doing the underhand grip lat pulldown.

Official Change in diet. Last year when I was consistently working out and consistently eating the same calorie amount every day, I did better. right now I don't seem to do well with cycling (the lower calorie days are setting off binges). So my plan it to take the total calories in a week that I am eating based on the figures in NROL and dividing them by 7. So the overall Net Calories will be the same, but I won't have to cycle calories.

I'm only cycling to the extent that my PWO feeding (shake) is extra cals on that day. Were you still doing the larger variation from H.E.L.L.?
What's your plan? Completely isocaloric days, or just slightly different to allow for PWO nutrition?
