10 sets for Stage 1? (moved)
OK, I'm just getting into this--am I understanding this right? 10 sets for Stage 1 Workout A? That seems really minimal, but I guess we're just starting off.
Am I right?

I will assume that you are talking about NROL4W since that is the book that talks about stages ...
