You can call me Kelly. I have been doing NROL4W since mid Jan and had a bout of illness so I am on week 2 and I love it. It is just the shake up I need to get things moving in the right direction.
I have been reading but I probably missed someone. I have anywhere from 70-100 lbs to lose depending on the mass I can keep. I know this is not advertised as a fatloss program but I don't think fat can stay at this pace!!!
