Default Calories on workout vs. non-workout days

My husband got himself the NROL at the same time he got me NROLW and we're both doing the programs. He said that in NROL there is not distinction made for the number of calories to eat on workout vs. non-workout days, so I'm wondering why the difference in NROLW. Would it makes sense to pick something in between and eat that on all days, rather than having to keep track of different amounts on different days?

I guess that would be up to you, really. I think a lot of us who are following the program, are trying to follow the guidelines in the NROL4w book. I'm sure there are some who aren't, but I know we have several threads on this forum about eating and had some lengthy discussions on it.
