Default Just starting out...

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site.I am really looking forward to getting into shape ~ I have been off the workout wagon for about 1 yr. and I am ready to get and stay commited.If anyone has any advice or words of encouragement I would be open to them. I ahve about20-25lbs to kiss goodbye. Just getting into the heart of the book!!
