Talking Lou! I just want to say thank you for this book!

I have learned so much from reading it. For one thing, I learned that I've been doing Romanian dead lifts and not regular ones. Next lift will be with our big boy bar downstairs and regular style. I also found it so fascinating to learn about how our leg muscles go up and criss cross twice before landing up around our head! I had no idea. This totally explains why my neck hurts at times when I thought I hadn't done anything with those muscles! I just love all the technical stuff - and finally I understand why my quads never seem to hurt when I work out...I didn't know that women's quads were so much stronger than our hammies and glutes! Interesting!

And most of all, I love the humor! The humor is a 10! Lou, you might end up being the first stand up comedian bodybuilder or something!

Anyway, at 50 years old, I love to keep learning and finally, a new book that isn't the same old regurgitated fluff I've read over and over. You've given me new enthusiasm to push myself super hard and to actually EAT.

I've eaten more calories this week than I normally do (and all 100% clean and 5 meals a day)...and I lost nearly 3 lbs! I'm shocked.

I only did 2 days of HIIT (the real thing) and 3 days of lifts...and that's all I need to know. Eat clean, eat often and lift heavy. Nuff said.

Thank you - Lou, Alwyn and Cassandra for writing this book!

I second everything Sue said. I just got back from a workout at the gym and this book is AWESOME. It has totally changed my perspective on exercise and nutrition, and completely for the better!
