Default NROL4W interview with Alwyn, Cassandra, & Lou?

Does anyone have a link to listen to this? Do you have to be a member?
Thanks!

You need to join but it can be the free join up - and you aren't going to get spam or anything by giving out your info
look for the link to the interview here

There are podcasts with Cassandra and Cosgrove (and his wife) on fitcast.com.

I've been listening to those and they are so informative. You can get them either off the website or through iTunes.

I finally was able to listen to it. I had to sign up, then wait for the email...then sign in again, then linked into it. It only took a few minutes, but it felt like hours. It's a fun interview...especially when they talk about periods!

i love the fitcast too...i think that's how I started learning about strength training and all these different minds in the business.
