Default One more newbie today!

Just wanted to introduce myself...found this forum last night and spent a lot of time reading.

I'm Robin, 37 years old. I'm primarily a stay-at-home mom to two young boys (3 y.o. and 19 months old), but I'm also a newly certified personal fitness trainer and teach exercise classes at my local YMCA.

I've lost 160 pounds with exercise and Weight Watchers. I started NROL4W about 3 weeks ago because I needed a consistent weight training program that I felt committed to - and I LOVE IT!

I look forward to getting to know all of you!

Wow--congratulations on your health successes already. I'm sure with that kind of determination and focus you will do brilliantly with NROLFW. I'm new at this too, and enjoying it very much so far!
