Increasing calories is HARD!! It goes against everything I have ever learned or followed, but I have lost 1lb over the last 8 days and I attribute it to my calorie increase. I have eaten healthy and worked out steadily for quite a few years, but I was cutting my calories back to around 1300, and now at 1800-2000 I am losing weight!

I am in shock, but I am finally a believer!
