This has been a concern for me too. I was undereating before starting NROL4W, and since starting three weeks ago, have been totally ravenous and putting away a LOT of food - around 2,800 calories day. (I think. Too scared to count.) My pants have been getting a little tighter and I was/am very anxious about it. The thing is, I can't lift and eat any less and not go on a homicidal rampage from the hunger. So I'm just going with it for now. It's either that or go back to being a running rat on a treadmill.
Having said that, for the past two days, my appetite has chilled out a bit and the same pants that were rather tight on Friday fit fine now. And my rings are practically falling off my hand. So I'm hoping kfisher is right and it's just water.
