Default Increased to Quickly

I think I increased my calories too quickly and I gained too much I've gone up a size in two weeks and I'm still not at my target intake Do you think this will turn around soon? I used to be toned but now I have a tire of fat around my waist.

In two weeks I am guessing you gained water. You are going to gain water at first if you have been eating at a deficit. Two weeks time is too little to tell anything.

Of course you should make sure that the food you are eating is the right sort of food. Do you keep track of your food? Can you post the log?

I will post later today but my diet is 100% clean (no processed foods and I don't even like to use protein powder) I have been at 40/30/30 and between 1600-1800 cals a day slowly rising. I went from 1400 straight to 1600 and allow myself 1 cheat meal a week which is usually a dinner out and a glass of wine. I did get up to 1900 one day last week. But have only been able to pull on one pair of jeans and button them. My weight ranges between 130-136 and I should be consuming 1950-2200 a day.

This has been a concern for me too. I was undereating before starting NROL4W, and since starting three weeks ago, have been totally ravenous and putting away a LOT of food - around 2,800 calories day. (I think. Too scared to count.) My pants have been getting a little tighter and I was/am very anxious about it. The thing is, I can't lift and eat any less and not go on a homicidal rampage from the hunger. So I'm just going with it for now. It's either that or go back to being a running rat on a treadmill.

Having said that, for the past two days, my appetite has chilled out a bit and the same pants that were rather tight on Friday fit fine now. And my rings are practically falling off my hand. So I'm hoping kfisher is right and it's just water.

Well if all of that is true then keep eating and give it some time. You will gain a bit before you loose especially if you were on a low carb diet before. If after 4 weeks you are showing a FAT gain (not weight but fat) then you need to revisit something that you are doing or how you are counting the cals.

It is virtually impossible to go up a size in a week especially on 1600-1800 calories. Over the holidays I practically binged on sweets and didn't go up a size in one week. Our minds can play tricks on us, especially if we have had food/weight issues in the past.
