Question multivitamin - without iron

i've been doing tnt for a couple of weeks and realize that i am getting too much iron, but i am having trouble finding a good multivitamin without it. any suggestions? thanks, karen

GNC has a women's multivitamin without iron. It's the GNC Women's Ultra Mega without Iodine and Iron. I take the one with iron and like it.

As a side note--I just take half of the recommended dosage (1 caplet instead of 2) and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. If you get a good amount of vitamins and minerals from your diet, don't take the full dose of this vitamin. And, if you're following the nutrition section in NROL4W, my guess is that you are getting a lot from your food.

A lot of men's formulations are without iron as well.
