Default Intro & solicit feedback on my workout plan

I posted quite a lengthy intro in the general fitness part of the site but thought I'd link it here also since I'm planning to follow NROL4W. I apologize for the size of the post. My nature, I guess. Thanks!

Post-Menopause workout plan...

Howdy Miss....our stats are so similar, except I'm not post menopausal. I'm also 44, 5'5" and just these past few days have seen the scale under 160 lbs (I was 176 back in October.)

Look at our stats after 1 month, some have dropped a few pounds and many have stayed the same. None of us are becoming Amazon women yet (give us a few more months.)

Do the workouts, do some cardio because you enjoy it (running is great if your body and mind like it,) and start tracking those calories in fitday.

Thanks, Annette. Yes, I've been out there lurking for a few days and I'm very impressed, motivated, and inspired by all of you! Looking forward to the journey with such a supportive group.
