Default Good articles to read

I know a lot of you ladies don't get up into the Training forum, so I wanted to direct you to a post I made there. I really respect Mike Robertson and read his newsletter. And I know that we all respect Alwyn Cosgrove. Well, Mike's last newsletter was an interview with one of the trainers from Alwyn's gym, Results Fitness. His name is Craig Rasmussen and he was also the model for the I/O DVD that I keep recommending to everyone. Craig has also done a couple of interviews of Mark Rippetoe, who wrote Starting Strength. I keep recommending his info too! I hope you'll find something to learn from the interview and the links I added into it.

very good reading, Lisa! Thanks, as always! I read everything you send my way and I hope you can see that I am really learning a lot!

I would really like a one-on-one session with either of them. And, I have Rippetoe's book on my "to get" list.

Part two of Craig's Common Exercise Misconceptions is up on T-Nation.

It begins with a link to part one if you didn't already read that.
