Default Couldn't do the 3rd workout of the week. Do I do it tomorrow or skip it?

I am in Stage 1 and was supposed to do workout A6. So do I do that tomorrow or do I do the B workout per the schedule so I can continue with the B/A/B for this new week?

If your last workout was B5, then your next workout is A6.

I agree with missjane. Your "schedule" is to do the workouts in order and not skip any. I'm on A4 tomorrow, but starting my third week. I took extra days in the first and second weeks to let my (severe) muscle soreness subside. It doesn't matter how long you take, it's that you do them all. Otherwise you're cheating yourself.
