Default Another newbie

Hi all,

I am ready to jump on my bike and drive to the gym to start my first workout of NROL for women! So I decided to introduce myself.

I 'm from Belgium, 26 years old and not so new to lifting. However, I never followed rigourously a program and thought that it was about time to start doing that! I received the book on thursday and already finished reading yesterday. Very well written and good info!

Stats: 1m76 (~5ft9) and 77 kg (~169 lbs)
Goal: Don 't care much about the weight, but a bit less would be nice... However, getting stronger and leaner is the main goal!

Ok, now I 'm getting of to the gym!!!

Regards,

An

If you "drive" past Sint Sixtus, we need to talk. lol Welcome to the forum - you might want to post a training log in that section for you and others to monitor your progress.

Certainly better than I can speak any of the languages spoken in Belgium for sure. Yes, you'd ride your bike to the gym.

Thanks for the warm welcome!

And pursuingpurls, I certainly liked the first workout! However, I doubt seriously that I will be able to walk tomorrow Those step-ups were hard!
