I just did my first workout today, and I loved it! I have been involved in fitness and nutrition for quite some time and am loving NROL for women. I have 2 small children (6 and 4) and live in Austin, TX. I am a sahm and fitness has become my obsession, I'm not sure if that's good or bad

I pushed myself pretty hard today, especially with the step ups. I love step ups, but today I did them with 2 25lb plates, whoa! That was difficult to say the least

I have been squatting 115 lbs for quite some time, but I think with 2 sets of 15 I can probably up that weight to 135 next time. The prone jack knifes were eye opening, while difficult, I actually really likes them. I used to do them sporadically a while back but never fully incorporated them into my routine, I'm looking forward to watching my progress.
Anyway, I just wanted to say hello and introduce myself. I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you
