Default Maybe I'm an idiot...

But I'm just not figuring out how I'm supposed to do this...

Okay so on day 1 I do Workout A, correct? Then off. Then Workout B. Okay I got that. So what is all that Workouts 1, 2 Workouts 3,4 stuff?

Totally lost. Please help!

it is more like like A1,B1, A2, B2...A8, B8.

the A & B indicate the series of exercises to do in that day's workout - the A set or the B set. The numbers keep track of how many times you are doing A or B. In stage one you will do A 8 times and B 8 times for a total of 16 workouts. At 3x a week, this will take you 5 weeks + 1 day (3x5 + 1 = 16). And then when you complete stage 1, the program wants you to spend 2 more days repeating A1 and B1 respectively, same weights you used back then, only doing as many reps as possible. These are to show you how far you have come in just 6 weeks.

The 1st time you do w/o A it is A1 - and you use the workout #1 rep/set scheme
The 5th time you do w/o B it is B5 - and you use the workout #5 rep/set scheme

Do you see? If not, there are many posts in here with the same question and some elaborate responses that will make it more clear.
